We hope that you never have to cancel or return a product. But for some reason whatsoever, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For Order Cancellation

If the order or products you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order by talking to our customer support executive and providing the detailed information about the order. Once the order is cancelled, the amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.  

If the order has been shipped and you want to cancel the order, please get in touch with our customer support executive and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive back the unaccepted product we will refund you the money as per our refund policy.

For Returns and Refunds

In case you need to return the shipment, please get in touch with our customer service executive within 2 days of receiving the order. Post that, you have to send back the shipment to the below mentioned address within 10 days of receipt of the products.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging with their seal, barcode and labels intact.
  • The product is not damaged and is in good condition.

We check our products carefully before they leave from our facilities but in rare cases, due to rigid transit and shipping of the product the product get damaged or you have received incorrect order we will be more than happy to replace it and shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of damaged product are refundable. But in case the customer changes his mind after receiving the product and wants to return it, in such cases the shipping charges will be borne by customer.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

If you had paid through credit/debit card or net banking, then we will refund the order amount to the same account. If you had paid through COD, then we will issue a cheque in name and address mentioned in billing details.
